By booking an appointment, submitting your information, or engaging in services with

Ty & Kristel Powell — The Powell Advantage Team (Legacy Flow Solutions LLC, brokered by eXp Realty), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nature of Services

The Powell Advantage Team provides real estate services including consultations, buyer/seller representation, property showings, and related advisory services.

Services are offered under eXp Realty brokerage compliance.

All transactions are subject to local, state, and federal real estate laws.

Information provided on our site, through email, text, or phone communication is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee property availability, financing approval, or transaction outcomes.

Appointments & Consultations

Scheduling: When booking via our online calendar, you agree to provide accurate contact information.

Cancellations/Reschedules: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment.

No Guarantee: Booking a consultation does not create an agency relationship until a written representation agreement is signed.

Communication & SMS Compliance

Buyer representation is typically compensated via MLS-listed co-op commissions.

Seller representation is governed by the signed Listing Agreement outlining commission terms.

No fees are due until agreed in writing by client and brokerage.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
